Nandos is my personal favourite. It tastes amazing, it’s extremely macro friendly and it’s available in a lot different areas.
Let’s take a look at ONE serving of their tenderloins. (I often get 2 servings so double the below macros for 2 servings).

OPORTO STRIPS (4)
Oporto is everywhere and they even have a drive thru. These grilled strips taste really good and you don’t even have to get out of your car to get them
